I hate to even post this, but here it goes. I am completely stumped. I have been working and researching on this problem for months. when i swapped my y7 for the sohc zc (obd2) I reused the jdm intake manifold thinking it would be ok. I used the y7 tb and sensors, replaced the pcv and its hose. The only difference I could really see was with the evap line nipple. I cut the small vac hose off at the nipple and pushed the evap line over it and clamped it down. It started out with a bouncy 800 to 2k idle. I moved the tps each way a little at a time and get either a bounce, or 3k rpm idle. I have checked all vac lines with the starting fluid trick, put my hand over the tb opening and the car slowly drops in rpm. I have replaced a lot already and I am tired of spending money on things that don't fix the problem. I am thinking I might need an auto y8 manifold unless I am missing something.
