I remember a few years back when HT made the homemade CBR itb's on a stock Y7 with just intake and header it made around 145whp and they were having problems because the ecu they had was garbage and it was being tuned on a laptop with a wideband.
Can't wait to see the numbers on this set-up with a proper tune im guessing 150+whp with a throttle that will feel like a streetbike. lol.
well trev you have to remember i also have another full DOHC ZC build happening within this.

full pnp DOHC ZC head

Bad ass job! And great pics. I will say that is an easy fix for some of us... But some of these kids on here barely know what a #2 phillips bit is, let alone how to mill a hole larger with out destroying their new toy.
Bad ass thread and great pix awaiting hp numbers.
And same here. OCD just tap it deeper and thread seal it. Better to do it now then wait till its in the car and starts leaking. Then your have to remove it and tap it deeper.

Awesome right up. For my interest how difficult would it be to weld up the old holes and redrill proper holes so you don't have ugly wallowed out holes? I know you're never going to see them but still it is a thought.
Lol no doubt Dave, it starts as:OK I bought this part for my car, but then I get to a good place economicaly then I'm able to buy better parts so I'm semi back to square one. Butpup not really so I'm able to buy better parts and well i'm starting over but not really. I am taking what I've done is build a new build since I have everything already but just need to put I it together.

patience is virture. patience to save the money, patience to wait till you have enough to buy it, patience to not lose your mind when it's not plug and play and patience when you have to fab it to make it fit.
