The imfamous vitara's need to be coated in order to make them work properly? Hell I minus well just get some Je's and say hell with it.... I mean after the price of the vitaras and the coating, isnt it almost just as much are forged pistons??

if i install these and on the rare occasions tucson is cold i get piston slap,(or is it only when the engine is cold?) would it be devastating to my engine?

yeah ive only seen slebidia do this and nobody else... havent heard of any problems that may sway me from ordering any sometime soon lol

I believe Nissan does this its a molybdenum coating. It lets you use tighter clearances reducing noise until the metal expands more. It's like teflon coating and I would do it if the cost it cheap just to have a quieter engine especially during the cold winters.
