so i hope this helps cause, don't get me wrong i just tired fishing thru massive threads and old links trying to find these specs. so i wrote it all down i thought these are some of the important i'm always looking for. if i forgot something please post it or if the specs aren't right on the ball.

i want to first state theres alot of tq numbers i didn't add cause well i feel a good snug to those bolts and nuts would be fine.. com'on if you need a tq wrench for 10lbs tq. i think you need to stop and go sew a quilt.

CAMSHAFT GEAR BOLT - 27lbs tq

VALVE LASH -

int. 0.005"-0.007"(0.13mm-0.17mm)

ext. 0.006"-0.008"(0.15mm-0.19mm)

when you lash your valves you need to turn your engine and make sure the cylinder you're lashing its at TDC of the it's cycle. the order you lash is 1-3-4-2. as you turn your crank 180* your cam should move only 90*.(i hope i explian that correct)

HEAD STUD -
1st step 2nd step

22lbs tq 48lbs tq

CRANK BOLT - 120lbs tq

FLYWHEEL BOLTS - 89lbs tq

PRESSURE PLATE BOLTS - 19lbs tq

MAIN CAP BOLTS -
1st step 2nd step

18lbs tq 47lbs tq

PISTONS GAPS

Top compression ring - 0.15mm-0.30mm(0.006"-0.012")

2nd compression ring - 0.30mm - 0.45mm(0.012"-0.018")

Oil ring - 0.20mm-0.60mm(0.008"-0.028)

PISTON RING TO GROOVE

Top ring - 0.030mm-0.060mm(0.001"-0.002")

2nd ring - 0.030mm-0.055mm(0.001"-0.002")

Oil ring - n/a

well on this part i borrowed this pic from Endyn and fixed it cause the original was a bit confusing to me so i tryed to make it simple. here's the original link.

http://www.theoldone.com/articles/engine_tips/piston_facts/pistonfacts.htm

when installing pistons the arrow on top of pistons must face towards the timing belt.

PISTON RING CLOCKING

CONNECTING ROD BOLTS -24lbs tq

CONNECTING ROD BEARING CLEARENCE - 0.02mm-0.038mm(0.008"-0.015")

CONNECTING ROD END PLAY - 0.15mm-0.30mm(0.006"-0.012")

MAIN BEARING CLEARENCE - #1 & #5 - 0.018mm-0.036mm(0.0007"-0.0014)

#2 & #4 - 0.024mm-0.0042mm(0.001"-0.0017")

#3 - 0.030mm-0.048mm(0.001"-0.0019")

CRANKSHAFT END PLAY - 0.10mm-0.35(0.004"-0.014")

well i really did this for me cause i'm rebuilding my ZC again so incase if i have to rebuild it again. lol.

Ring end gap depends a bit on where the grove is in the piston and ring material. Top ring is normally more gap than second.

Rod bearing clearance

0.02mm = 0.0008" to 0.038mm = 0.0015"

Crank end float

0.10mm = 0.004" to 0.35mm = 0.014"

This should be expanded and should have a sticky

if you look they're both are on it...

your crank pulley is gonna fall off @ 89.
yeah changed it to 120lbs tq that what i was told on thezcr. thats why i kept getting piss cause i had to keep going thru a shit load of service manuals. from civic and integra. to make sure everything was fine. i will say this the crx si/civic si/dohc zc have about the same numbers. and when it dips into the 5th gen civic again it changes ever so slight..

They are both on there but you got your conversions to imperial wrong, some where a misplaced decimal place but some were plain wrong.

Edit

OK I see they are fixed now
