I am currently running this setup on my CRX and the ride is BUMPY. I can feel every single bump and driving over the smallest crack int he road makes me feel like the car is going to break apart.

Does anyone have similar experiences? Right now I have them set to the lowest setting, I am not sure if I should perhaps raise them up a bit.

rise them up. cosmetic appearance isnt worth a sore back.

2 finger gap is still plenty low.

your struts will last longer as well.

Spring rating: 8K (F) and 6K (R)

Maybe the roads around my house are too crap for this setup, feels tight and corners with zero body roll though.
I'm running your same setup and rates and don't have any such issues. Comparatively, these are relatively soft:

8” Front springs 0800-250-008S (8kg/mm spring rate) - 447 lbs/in
8” Rear springs 0800-250-006S (6kg/mm spring rate) - 336 lbs/in
You can buy different springs from skunk2, but in my experience -- this is a completely street-able solution that is usable on the track as well..

Springs are fine, but the struts are pretty shit.

OP is probably just on the bump stops. Either didnt cut them bumpstops or is just slammed.
