What Size Charge Pipe?
What Size Downpipe?
What Size Exhaust Piping?

Just Need Some Opinions, thanx

yeah the motors stock i just want to atleast get close to 200whp, do you thing thats possible

200 is possible.
do a 3 inch exhaust and 2 1/2 charge piping.
remember. air can only flow as fast as the smallest pipe will let it so if you have 2 1/2 inch DP and 3in catback. its no diff then having a 2 1/2in catback. so get it all 3inch for the most gain

not true. 3" exhaust will still make more power than 2.5" exhaust even with a 2.5" DP. the exhaust still has to make bends and over the rear LCA, and the smaller exhaust will hinder performance

ahh forgot about the bends.
also get mandrel bent exhaust. if a exhaust shop does it it can have the ripples in the bends which makes the airflow not as smooth.

and your reasoning?
bigger exhaust will help spool faster.
not that it will lag at all but the faster the better.

thats what i ran and i made 300hp and 250 ftlbs plus its a little quieter
and you dont think you could of made anymore power with a bigger exhaust?
kinda wierd how your numbers are a perfect 300hp and 250ftlbs.

well at 15 psi i made 294.8 and 243.7 and i went to 18 psi so i can claim its close enough and it may have made more but i like having some back pressure for startup and engine braking and on a daily driver 2.5 in is plenty big and it will help with drivability

yeah the exhaust i have now it 2-3/4 mandrel bent but i think im going to up grade

im gonna go with a 3in mandrel bent exhaust with vibrant muffler, should i delete the cat, and resonator, or keep one, just need opinion

2" hot side, 2.5" cold side
biggest you can fit, keeping ac? 2.5 no ac do a 3"
3" but if your on a budget easier to find a 2.5

Yeah Im Not Running A/C. Ive Decided On 2.5 Charge Pipe, And Im Gunna Go 3" On The Exhaust With A Vibrant Muffler, My Dad Can Get Me 3" Mandrel Bent All The Way Back For A CRX For 75$, But Yeah I Got A Few?'s

Resonator/Cat? Should I Delete Both Or Just One.?
Opinions On If Its Possible To Reach 200whp
