Not sure the exact measurements here so go with what you feel.
INGREDIENTS:
Extra virgin olive oil
Mustard
Mayonnaise
Vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Oregano
Parsley

Pretty easy just put your dry ingredients into the jar or bottle or whatever. I didn't measure so do it to taste. I diced fine fresh garlic but I guess powdered can work too.(I have a thread for fresh powder.)
Put in some mustard and mayonnaise. I used maybe a teaspoon of each. It is to thicken it up.
Add around 75% vinegar to 25% oil. Maybe 5% less on the first.

First time making this style so I don't have a solid recipe but it tastes really good.

Good recipe.

It's pretty much how I make mine. I usually use white wine vinegar. Occasionally, I'll add a bit of honey.
