I have a fully built z6. Has eagle Rod, SRP Pistons, Bisi 3.6 Cam, Bisi springs and Retainers, 12lb Comp Flywheel, stage 4 comp clutch, ported z6 manifold, 70mm tb and a few other little odds and ends. and i just picked up a Precision 6262 ported s cover turbo. My question is what would be my safe rev limit?

tune it...then dyno it and see where it makes power to..u should be good to some pretty damn high revs..

deff. gonna have a lot of lag w/ a 6262 on a 1.6 though...

At what your tuner feels comfortable tuning it up too. But with that aggressive cam and supporting valvetrain you'll be good to at least 8500.

1,000,000 RPM and make a video of the first pull and post it!
Or just set it to where you and your tuner feel safest at

A friend of mine as that same cam and super tech valves, springs and retainers fully built my tuner set the rev limiter to 8500 but he said the car would continue to make power to 9000 if he would allow it to go there but he doesn't want it to die because of how the is about his car so he left it at 8500. That and the owner never takes it that high I think he is scared of the car or something but the motor has seen more then 40 full throttle pulls on a mustang dyno to 8500 and still quiet

if you really want to know as bisi on his web site there is a forum to ask him questions
