We've finally decided to offer these to the online community, for the longest period of times we were selling these in house to our local customers that were doing turbo setups.

Right now we have decided to offer the basic size intercooler, these are good for 750hp. They are fully tig welded ( in house ) , the end tanks are made up of one solid piece, this reduces flex and cracks.

Here is a video of a customers car on the dyno using our intercooler making over 600hp, as of next week we'll be around 750hp with this setup.

He is utilizing the same intercooler but with the entrance on the top, we will offer back door entrance and exit for no additional cost, along with blow off valve mounting flanges on the intercoolers if desired by the customer.

Our work speaks for itself, we don't sell products we don't run or race ourselves so you can feel confidant you're actually buying an item that works and will work going down the track.

Also, what kind of IATs do you see at the track with this intercooler, at what boost levels?

Doesn't hurt to call us you know ( 708 599 5884 ) .... we have a group buy pricing going on right now thats why nothing is listed. I won't be in tomorrow though, you could shoot us an email as well. RCautoworks@gmail.com , more then one way to get in contact with us.

To be honest, we have so much work going on downstairs in the shop, we only check emails / IM / threads on lunch or when we're off work... if we don't pass out first .

Not only do they look sexy, they perform as well and we actually think about products before we just slap them together and sell them. We're not going into detail about what we do differently on our backdoor setups , but if you look at "most" back door setups, if you think about the flow, it sucks. You're literally forcing air into a wall, we've done a few things differently so the air will follow the flow pattern into the intercooler instead of just pounding into the wall.

Not saying you can't make power on a backdoor intercooler, but if you think about the design, its just not ideal. With that being said, I made 350hp at 8psi on my h22 with a backdoor intercooler setup.
