just need clarification
in all the info i have found it seems like you adjust the intake and exhaust at the same time... is this correct..?

if it is, how does it make sense when it's two different stroke's; ie, intake stroke-exhaust stroke..?

set #1 to tdc. set both intake and exhaust valve clearance (.007in/.009ex)
rotate crank 180*
set #3 both intake and exhaust
rotate crank 180*
set #4
rotate 180*
set #2

at least that how it works on the d-series, im assuming b is the same!

edit: rotating crank 180* turns cam 90* just a little FYI

thank you, i understand the rotation, just wanted to be sure if you set both intake and exhaust at the same time... just doesnt sound right to me...

BTW it's:
in. .003-.005
ex. .006-.008

this is for 92-93 B18a1

word, i was just spouting off the d-series way!!!

never set clearances on a b, that is good to know though!!

When you are setting the clearances with each cylinder (according to the cams) at tdc all 4 valves are closed does that make sense??
