What all needs to be removed from the cylinder head before i take it to have it milled? Thanks in Advance

remove almost anything you can studs, coolant bungs, temp sensor, fan switch, remove valvetrain if you have proper tools to do so, make sure you keep all valves in order if you decide to take them apart..it saves in labor costs and this way you know things won't get broken, damaged or misplaced while it is there..seen it happen..are you getting a valve job/pressure check also or just the mill?

id take everything i could apart (basics: intake/exhaust studs, coolant temp sensor on side of head, fan switch on side of head, radiator hose bung) and have it hot tanked after the mill to get rid of any of the metal shavings and so it was clean to put back together..
