hey guys i had a problem with a sound when i start to released the clutch it was clicking. so i pulled the tranny and clutch and found a flywheel bolt was backing out and hit the clutch plate. i had a spare clutch and pressure plate and slap it in. And also i changed out the clutch master cyclinder and slave cyclinder from a parts integra because it was leaking on the foor. its all back together and its hard to put in gear and only go into reverse when the car is off. could it be a clutch master cyclinder. it sounds to me like the clutch is not engaging all the way.

misaligned clutch?
The clutch master doesn't have to be empty for it to bypass internally. Just like a brake master cylinder.

may be a stupid question but did you use the alignment tool when installing the new clutch, and i would definetly try and bleed the system as much as i could with two people. just some thoughts
