I have a D16 SOHC Non-VTec with bolt on turbo
Here are the details:
-IHI Turbo which is about the size of TD04 or smaller,
14g I think...(just quessing)
-Engine head ported and valves grinded
-Metal Head Gasket which is abt 2mm thicker than
stock gasket in order to have a lower compression
-Engine Block rebuild/overhaul with Stage-1 oversize
stock pistons due to blown engine(I had a poor tuner
before)
-Injectors from Honda Prelude H22A VTec engine
which I'm not sure if it's enough for my engine, if not
please advise me...
-Walboro 500cc fuel pump
-FSE fuel regulator
-HKS SSQV BOV
-GReddy E-Manage engine management
-2.5" downpipe and 2.5" exhaust piping all the way to
end

Question is, how much boost can I pump in with this setups? Currently running at 0.5bar and not very satisfied. I was thinking about pushing it to 0.8bar or 1bar and is it possible with stock pistons? Do I need bigger cc injectors than my current ones? By the way, do I need to remove the stock fuel regulator which is connected to the fuel rail since I already have the FSE fuel regulator fitted?? Pls get back to me asap...thankz alot guys!
