I did a little research and came across this article on H-T, that makes a lot of sense.

it's the second to the last post. He say how under boost the pcv valve is unfunctional and closes forcing the postive pressure/air out the crankcase. so the ideal setup would be from the crankcase to a closed pcv valve with a breather. running it to the turbo is going to suck oil in the turbo
