high conmpression piston good in a d16a6

no, do it right and use pistons for higher compression

Do it right??? Why would milling the head be wrong???? It has been done for years and if you know what you are doing you should have no problems. Sure the valve clearences will be tighter but so will they be if you use high compression pistons. Hell I did both on my d15b motor. .040 off the head and p29's. You just cant miss a shift.

and what when you have an headgasket damage?

and you cant mill the head again

D heads are cheap. I wouldnt be worried about that at all. its all about getting the most performance gains out of it. Theres is always a risk.

i got Nippon Racing Pistons for $100 and new bearings
dunno where to go from there

Okay, so you got some already... Not alot of people known on here for running the Nippons. But good luck to yah!

I have them in 2 of my motors and have had no issues with them. I have used them for years on my street motors. I like them
