Get a big piece of fish.

Cut into meal size pieces.

Bag this shit and freeze for later meals.

Make a foil tray and put a little chicken stock, liquid smoke, fish sauce at the bottom. Seasoned with coarse salt(In the smokers thread). ground pepper, lemon pepper, a little chili powder. Bake on 350 for an hour to hour and a half.

After it's done broil on 450 for 10 min or so till your crispness. Flip off of the foil and the skin peels right off. Flip back to the pretty side and plate.

350 for an hour and a half? I usually do mine at 350 for like 30-35 minutes and it's right at 145-150.

Are you making the foil into a packet around the fish or is it just a tray with the top open?

Also, that's cheap for an entire salmon filet. $9.80? Is that wild caught too? It says "Ocean Raised" on the package but I'm wondering if that's just an ocean-based farm?

Just an open tray.

No idea on where it really came from. It was cheap though.

As for the time, I just wing stuff. No idea what I'm actually doing. Usually turns out fine. My wife will like something and I'll tell her she better enjoy it cause I don't know how I did it. Measuring is for pussies.
