ok, I know that a 88-91 crx si head will bolt onto my D15B7.

Found out it was off a '90 Civic SI. The casting numbers are PM3-7.

1) I was gonna use a y8 head gasket, valve clearences should bo ok?

2) are 1.6L and 1.5L headers interchangeable?

3) will my D15B7 dizzy fit the A6 head?

anything else? Adjustable cam gear?

What should the timing be set at? 1 tooth out?

1.) stock pistons, yes.
2.)ports may not be EXACTLY the same, but yes.
