im looking at getting an electrical autometer oil pressure gauge from a buddy. he said it just has 3 wires comeing out the back and the light bulb? isnt there suppose to be a sender unit or something? or can i tee it off the wire for the stock oil pressure light or what??? HWLP

you'll need the bulky sending unit and about $60+ in parts to PROPERLY mount it.

The sending unit CANNOT be mounted to the block, it HAS to be mounted to the firewall and a piece os #3 SS line used along with adapter fittings.

Here is an idea......

and all that is for the electrical gauge?
if you want it done right...... Golden Eagle and Tuner Toys have options as well.

The adapters are like $20 from Pegasus, part number #1073.

the vibes will kill the sender, mine only lasted 500 miles.

Also people have had that tee break, loosing oil pressure and making a mess.
