ok so i go and electric oil pressure gauge intalled on the car. I have done the DIY oil pump porting and shimming.

so start the car gets up to normal opperating temp and drive the car. at 3500rpm the pressure is at 4 to 4.5 bar. but if i do a long pull say a 1st 2nd 3rd pullor a long 150km/h run on high way it pressure drops to about 3 bar at 3000 rpm when i slow down and cruise again. i though it might be coz i have gone into vtec and all the oil is sitting in the head but that doesn't make sence the more i think about it.

only thing left is heat. so it it normal for the oil pressure to do that?

If i can remember correctly Honda book says idle @ 10psi and 50psi @ 3krpm warm. My oil pump is ported/shimmed with 20psi @idle, and 70-80psi @ 3k rpm warm. Cold motor is a different story always 85+ psi for a bit. I'm using 10w30 oil in a newly rebuilt motor with spec bearing tolerances ^ for reference.
