mine's usually milky brown sludge which is common from what i've read. its just from the normal moisture that collects in the block/head while the car sits. of course i'm in florida right near the beach so its always really humid here.
im in the north west, and mine is light brown milky white (the residue that stays in the can).
the rest drains back into the block or gets sucked into the exhaust.
never seen anything that was light brown or milky white when ive done oil changes how ever. the moisture in the block evaporates when your car reaches operating temps.

99-00 harnesses on 96-98?

Need second opinion on AC problem in CRX.
