OBD1 allows you to run a P28 ECU...
Need a conversion harness to convert to OBD1(Rywire)...
Not to difficult if you have general knowledge....

There are a few write ups on this as well. If you look around hard enough you can find the info you need.

you have to be obd1 to chip your ecu. it isn't hard, the only issues that you will have will be with the iacv, and that even depends on what motor you have iirc.

i just grab the ecu from a 92-95 civic for say and a conversion harness. Then i can get it tuned better?

should be able to pick a p28 up for like 120 or so. or you could get a p06 and have it chipped to a p28
