trying this on a 2.25lb eye of round roast...smoked over oak chips and lump mesquite...

here is the rub

1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp mild or medium chili powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp ground black pepper
1 tspoon cayenne
1 tspoon garlic powder
1 tspoon salt
1 tspoon onion powder

probably 3 hours or so on the smoker at around 225-250 degrees...

pics in a minute (gotta find the cable to the camera)
