ok swaping the header on my mates car ,
how the hell do you get the o2 sensor out !!!!!

used loads of penatrating oil ect , mole grips ect ,

can not get a socket over the sensor , as the plactic plug is to big ????
and a open spaner spins ,

any tips would be great

Snap it off and use a regular socket on it. The penetrating oil you hosed it down with likely killed it anyway.

An o2 wrench work wonders. Or a 21mm wrench , if you can get it on there. Try using some "PB BLASTER" That stuff works like nothing I have ever seen to loosen up rusty nuts and bolts.

THe oil shouldnt have hurt the sensor at all.

bah carbs are like toilets flushing into an engine! fi is much more efficient when it comes to daily driving and still having performance.

I got mine out after hosing it with penetrating oil but it was dead.

a lil late, but you need one of these socket's with the slit on the side for the wire's... :TU:
