how long would the motor last and i dont want much boost low psi's. how much would a tune coast i live in sac CA

these are all variables that i cannot answer. i dont know the current condition of your motor.
i dont know what kind of turbo you want to run (and neither do you). I am going to direct you to all this info and hopefully you read it.

I wouldn't go much over 6-7psi on a stock bottom end to be honest.

You need to read most things about turbos to understand the concept fully. I would recommend starting out with "Maximum Boost" a book by Corky Bell. There's a link to it somewhere around here.

what turbo would u recamend agian i dont want much like 10 psi or less
wheres the fun in boosting if youre only running 10 lbs or less? when I had the h22 accord turbo I had 15psi on a shit tune and loved it....before it blew the block lol:pinch:
