so youd rather lose 25 whp from spray and gain maybe 5-7 from high comp? your math is backwards
k man im basicly running a stock a6 motor w/ z6 intake manifold and boltons so i'll be at about 8.8:1 compression using the stock p28 pistons so it would be slow as balls with out nitrous and with the pm7s im sitting at 11.4:1 i'd like to have some power off the bottle

z6 head would be your friend in this case with the p28s. i would not spray p29s, but thats just me. and i also wouldnt waste the money on ARP rod bolts on stock rods. once again thats just me. Willie S is still running 100 shot on his bone stock y8 every week. 7.90s all day.

arp rod bolts are good thing but ya we ran a 100shot on a bone stock y8 for a year untill the car got toatled but ya man i know its cabeble of a lot but like i said dont want to rely on the bottle all the time figure by the time i end up spraying it if the ringlands do crack in goes the forged pistons

Why go to the trouble of breaking something before using somethign better?

If your going to do something, do it right from the start and get forged pistons to handle the spray...

Nitrous works better with high compression.
yeah, i was trying to say this in another thread. unless you're motor is over like 14.5:1 (and not many honda's are! lol ) spray is not a problem! although you do need to set the timing back enough for it though! ;)
the hot set up is an MSD with built in retard. i love the digital 6 cause it has a 2 step rev limit to launch with, plus a built in retard for spray or boost . :D
