hey. im building a del sol.
using my full budget, this is what i am planning:
[code:1:fcbdd62f4a]
del sol turbo parts
t25 turbo 150
hf manifold 50
adapter plate 50
2.5" downpipe 100
intercooler (jrc 5") 200
piping 200
bov 100
gauges (boost, af, egt) 200
450cc injectors 60
vafc2 300
apexi turbo timer 120
es oval muffler 120
2.25 exhaust 200
misc parts 250
total cost: 2100
[/code:1:fcbdd62f4a]

i think thats everything i need.

the only things i am confused on are:
o2 sensor/housing - what the hell is it, where does it go, and does it come on the del sol?
check valves - no idea with anything having to do with them
adapter plate - do i need any gaskets for it?

for about the same cost, here is a better parts list
used greddy turbo kit from ebay with fmic and bov and some extras $1500
used cat back exhaust from ebay $200
2.5" cat from autozone $72
labor for having cat made to fit your car from welder shop $100
apexi safc $200 used
prelude 310 injectors $80
total after you install the rest yourself
$2142

Tunning $150-$200 and your looking at about 220 wheel power then and about 10-11 lbs of boost.

what ya thinks of that? it bolts right no, with no fuss no mess no hastles and 90% of the work can be done in your driveway in 1 weekend.

Whoever makes your downpipe should weld an o2 bung in there for the o2 sensor. If you go with the AFC hack you won't need any check valves. It's up to you to use any gaskets for your adapter plate/hf manifold setup, but exhaust leaks equal less exhaust for the turbo.

You should have one between the any joints. If you can't get one, well.. deal without I guess.

HF manifold gasket = Auto Parts Store.

you can use any 92-20 civic exhaust gasket for it. they all are the same and I think the 89-91 D16A6 are also the same gasket as well.
