Hi guys, I get finished my setup on friday and was pulling hard, but this morning when I started the car idle at 1000 rpm instead of 1500 rpm as usually at first start, then rpms fall down, and black smoke was going out of my muffler, Y try to get out of my garage but the car was failing. smell a lot of gas an the go off.

Then I try to start again and start 5 second with same failure and off again
2 0 3 times like this.

Then never start again.

I pull out the spark plugs and was really wet on gas. I cleaned and start 25 second then die.

Code 41 is on.

I check map and tps sensor and cables and everything is ok, no vacuum leaks.

Please help.

Okay reset your ecu by unplugging the neagtive battery terminal and waiting a while. Have you got it tuned yet, it kind of sound like it could be a turbo seal, But im no specialist. Are you running an old t25,IHI, or 14t i think 1g eclipses?

I did it, not work, I´m runnign and ihi-rhf5 bb from apexi, and by the way, when I start my car in the morning, I hear to moch noise at the front, and I take a look, and two bolts that hold the turbo to the manifold was loose, and I tigthen it well. But I never could hear again if it was ok, cause the car was failing.

k, the reason why it wont start and is running overly rich and yada yada is because your ecu is running in safe mode... when the ecu runs safe mode with bigger injectors, it doesnt even read the chip (and tries to run idle at 2k rpms), therefore, runs the pulsewidth of 240cc injectors on 450cc injectors... WAY rich... you say that you are thowing code 41... from what i remember, that is o2 sensor heater... you could have a bad o2 sensor, or you could have what happened to me and have a bad ecu... honda ecus like to throw code 41 when they are broken for some reason... try someone else's chipped ecu to run on 450cc injectors and see if a CEL lights up

I don´t have any o2 sensor. Has been bypassed with uberdata it think is called close loop´.

shit i wish i knew how to use uberdata... see if theres a debug mode to set in uberdata and see if ur car runs with it... also, double check the jumper for chip access is still in the ecu

It's possible you popped your MAP sensor if it's running that poorly. At this point, I would swap stock injectors back in and make sure the ECU is functioning correctly with a stock program. If you still get issues with anything, I would suspect your ECU is not chipped correctly. Have you tried the ECU in another vehicle to confirm that it is functioning correctly?

Running your car off the fuel maps with no feedback from an oxygen sensor is called open loop.

he said to put back in the stock injectors....

Anyway, this is not such a bad idea. This way you'll know if its the tune or something else

Also, make sure the vacuum line to your FPR is on properly, no cracks in the line,........
