So I have a 1998 Honda Civic Dx with a d16z6 swapped into it that I recently just got. Car runs fine no misfires just a small idle coming from iacv. My only other issue is when I’m in gear and I let off the gas the car will make like a grinding rubbing noise as well as have small tugs. I’m thinking maybe input shaft bearing but not 100% sure. Keep in mind the car drives fine no slipping clutch or grinding gears.

Can't tell anything by the sound in the video. Video's are usually useless when it comes to noises, audio quality isn't good enough even before compression.

If its low on fluid that can cause a lot of damage and issues.

Is the car slammed or lowered?
Almost sounds like tires rubbing the inner fender.

I would check wheel bearings and ball joints as well.
CHECK YOUR TRANS FLUID ITS QUICK AND EASY.
