is this motor a D16A6? why do they call it the sohc zc? How much power does this motor output? Can you swap the cylinder head for a vtec one (z6 head)?

Would this motor with a z6 head and si tranny be a decent combo?

D16A6 is a USDM 88-91 SI engine 118hp , its called a ZC in Japan available in DOHC OR SOHC and yes you cen put a vtec head on it

Thanks for the quick answer! Couple more questions; Is the bottom end the same as the d16 usdm ones? as in rods, pistons, crank etc?

Once i put a vtec head on it would it run just as good as a d16z6?

well i know that the DOHC ZC engine uses diff pistons , they are dome-tops, you can use them in a D16 block , but yes the A6 and SOHC ZC are identical, just has a little better cam like ryan said

my dick looks different depending on the flash used.......

Likely I'm one of the few if ONLY people to pick out the fuel pump lobe.........
