Since my other thread was deleted and nobody knows where it went he is a new one...

Bought the house in April of 2010. Been working on it ever since. Still haven't moved in as I don't wanna deal with moving stuff around and all that with the reno if I don't have to. He is the progress up until now. All the work was done by me and with my dad's help when he had time on the weekend.

Nice work so far!
That's a really nice looking house, I love the deck and the double car garage is a sweet feature.

You plan on doing any work in the bathrooms? The master bath looks like it could use some new floor tiles.

Otherwise the house looks really good, when do you move in?

Thanks guys. I haven't moved in yet because I want to get the main living area and bedrooms done so I am not moving furniture around, cleaning out closets, etc. I am fortunate enough to be living at home while this whole thing is going on.

As for the bathrooms, yes I plan on doing work. Which one first and to what extent, not quite sure. I know the shower door in the master needs to be replaced as its not straight and it leaks without anyone in it. I would like to guy them both but not quite sure whats gonna happen. May need a new roof and furnace this year so yeah...

Looking good we just recently got moved back in to our house it was severly damaged due to a house fire last year my only suggestion would be to add some outlet boxes under your network box to hook your modems and router to here is how I set mine up
I got everything I needed for the setup at lowes had to get my wires at home depot since my lowes doesn't carry rg6q or cat6

Thanks man. I am keeping my modem, router and switch outside of the box for ventilation as I have heard stories of them burning up when in the those boxes (even the ones made for in them.) There is actually a 4 outlet box up and to the right of the box for the other stuff to be plugged into and sat on a shelf up high. I really like you setup though.

the only thing that is mounted inside the box is the amp for the video splitter the modem, router, and soon to be NAS will be mounted outside the box on the shelf

see pic

So finally another picture update. These were taken today when I was out at the house. All the baseboard and cove molding is done, some door frames were replaced and dings in the wall were patched. Still need to prime and paint the spots on the walls, paint the door frames, repaint the baseboard and cove molding, finish the patch work, paint and flooring in the 2 hall closets, paint the back door, stain and install the railing and patch the wall and paint from where we removed to put in a new electrical breaker for all of my computer stuff. Now on with the pics.
