So I thought I would post this up here so more people would get a chance to see the advantages of running a true twin scroll setup.

As some know last year I ran my Hx-35 on a top mount non twin scroll manifold while I made great power for the setup I wanted to see what a true twin scroll would do.

The main changes from last year is a different car (shouldnt affect power), new manifold and a bit more boost 30psi vs last years 24.

Over all, it made full boost almost 1000 rpm sooner, made a lot more tq all while expanding the power band. In short I am really happy with the outcome.

LAST before anyone says anything, these are un corrected numbers to give a better real world cross examination .

Very impressive. A lot more than Id expect.

Also, since its a bit hard to see with two graphs:

Thank you for plotting this.

This is why I want to run a twin scroll setup. heh

ROTFL! I just noticed the dyno plot name.

:bigok:

I spy an upgraded fuel system and nitrous hardlines? Sweet setup either way!
That EMUSA intercooler actually looks like a decent piece, surprised.
walbro 400 pump rewired, -6 line from tank to fuel rail with inline fuel filter, moded stock fuel rail for -6 in/ out going to a automotive fpr then a line from that to the fuel solenoid.

Tell me about I knew it would pick up but DAMN!

JD has a funny since of humor, I like lol

look how big that turbo is and look how much MORE torque he's making from 4-6k

Thats just silly.
The said part is I havent driven the car yet....

Twin scroll t3.... boosting off idle
Take a look at the rpm.

Set up looks great, nice numbers to match.
Thanks it took a lot of work to gether to where it was. A month of nothing but long weekends.

I know it's hard to beat the visual representation that the graphs provide but the quantified difference is thus (all from 4000-7200):

Before
Average WHP: 289
Average Torque: 260

After
Average WHP: 367
Average Torque: 321

Net Gain
78whp
61 ftlbs

Good job!
