everything sounds good, except you will need some arp head studs. TT carries the waterline kit you are looking for also. and you may look into crome if you want to save a little bit of money.

i'm runnin crome now...

i think i'll need something with more tunability

i want to be able to data log and change stuff myself while i'm at the track. and i want to run more boost at the track and less DD.

oh yea... i forgot to put the studs on there.

I FORGOT TO SAY ALSO. THAT I AM SHOOTING FOR 300WHP

well i know some DSM people making well over 400 with this turbo, granted they are a 2.0, i think you should be able to pull 300 out of it on 20+ psi. crome pro is just as tunable as hondata. pro has datalogging built in.

They are probably maxing out the turbo, yes, but it's capable of doing it. It will be less efficient, meaning it will heat up the intake charge more than a more efficient turbo will, requiring more cooling and better spark control (meaning more retard, which will limit the ultimate power production and increase the time it takes to spool the engine). I would look at one of the Garrett GT turbos in the 30 series. Much more efficient and will probably make tuning easier.

I can't comment on Crome Vs. Hondata other than the fact that I think that Crome Pro is less expensive and actually has the potential to out-do Hondata in some respects.

i hear that HONDATA is more "user friendly". So i will be able to street tune and make adjustments myself easier.

i was thinking about a Garrett T3/T04 e 50 trim if i did not use the EVO III 16g. does that one sound better?
