I have a 90 DX hatch with a d15b2. My engine is currently outfitted with dpfi and I get anywhere from 35-40 mpg. I know that switching to mpfi can get me better performance. I have seen before and after dyno graphs comparing the two. But, I am not particularly interested in that.

The reason I love my honda is because it is simple, efficient, and reliable. The only mods I would consider spending money on are those that would enhance one of these three qualities. I have searched for quite a while, and I have yet to find and real discussion of people's expereices with a dpfi to mpfi swap's effect on fuel economy. So, if anyone has any information or personal experiences to share, I would certainly love to hear them.

Thanks
-Zac

milage went from 30's down to 21-22 mpg. have gotten 24mpg with keeping my size 12 out of it. now if you used an ecu for a d15 like from the crx hx then milage should be the same, but since mines an auto i had to go with the PS9 which is for the d16A6 ('91EX auto)
