i just pought a brand new pivot vtec controller for 100 bucks off ebay. my prob;em is hooking it up. i have a 89 crx si with the stock si computer. my engine is the d16 block w/ the y8 vtec head. i am trying to use the vtec controller to hook up the vtec solenoid instead of an rpm activated switch. is this posible? what i cant figure out is on the directions there is one wire coming out of the ecu called vts out put and one going vtec controller labled vts input. sence my comp dosent have vtec on it what the hell do i do with this wire also tere is the same this but labled vtm signal. so anyone that knows what the heck to do it would be tons of help thanks. oh yeah just incase you dont know vts means valve control signal im geussin this is the two prong conector on the solenoid. and the vtm or vtec pressure switch signal would this be the one prong conector??? i am so stumped!!!

If you are using the PM6 ecu, it doesnt have a VTM wire, therefore you do not need to hook it up. On the vtec part, you should hook up the output to the of the controller to the vtec solenoid, dont worry about the input part. Again, the PM6 ecu doesnt have a vtec wire. Vtec solenoid has a plug with one wire on it. That will be the wire you connect to activate it. You dont need to worry about the green plug on the solenoid.
