i used this on two pork shoulders...bold and tangy...good stuff...the shoulder were smoked for three hours and sliced...awesome...rub the shoulders in olive oil and CAKE this on...

Memphis Style Rib Rub
4 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoons cayenne
