Ok so i sold my coupe and bought a new car. Reason being is that i wanted a better template to work off of and well pics speak for

Interior pics to come soon.
Plans for her. It currently has an ls swap runs good but that motor will be comming out and i will be starting a build for a z6 for her with a wire tuck im not sure how crazy im going to go with it as far as shaving the engine bay but its definately on my mind. Needs a cargo cover, the search will begin for oem window visors as well and we will see where things go

Upon further inspection it seems the bay was painted before. Once i clean the bay and inspect paint further ill decide wether or not ill re-do it.

i decided to go with buddy club rims i was so close to buying them brand new but did a quick search and found a nice set on craigslist for half price i picked them up and had a shop take the brand new tires off my si rims and switch them on the buddy club rims. the buddy cub decals have been orderd and will arrive soon as well

a member on here and good friend of mine cavila06 gave me some oem side markers and on they went

and lastly yesterday i found a set of headlights locally for 40$ picked them up and gave them a good sanding with 1000 grit and some turtle was metal polish

I picked this up for $20 from and old asian guy who said he was getting too old for this crap lol

And so it starts. I did this with simple green and a tooth brush...who needs a hot tank when you can use a little elbow grease

the tinted tail lights didnt look to bad, the headlights look terrible up close but they looked good black, maybe get some type r oem black housings or diy it. im Iiking your car though good job

Yeah i know it wasnt terible but the flow of color botherd me from white to black you know? And i live in a town with alot of mexicans and the whole tinted lights is a real mexican thing to do...and myself being mexican lol i didnt like the idea

Oh how I hate you right now, and by hate I mean jealous :) I miss my hatch. Getting the itch to find one. Good luck on the build.
Ive always liked these model hatches and never thought i would actually own one because my wife hates them but she like this one and now here i am with my first hatch ever

Damn a wife that works on the cars with you is a keeper! Well played!!!
Thank you. Funny story to the LCA install is that she is always in the garage with me watching me work on cars and never puts in work. The day the lcas came in she got under the car with me and while i was installing the driver side she said she wanted to do the other side. I told her ok but to wait for me so i can help her i was so busy working on driver side i didnt notice she was working on the passenger side by the time i finished she had almost finished her side. I asked where the hell you learn to use tools? And her reply is she doesnt just sit around doing nothing when she is in the garage with me..she is watching and learning. Since then she replaced the suspension on a good friends car

got the water pump tensioner oil filter and water tube installed

so when i was looking for where i placed the z6 head that came with this motor i stumbled upon a bare z6 head i had stored that is ported and polished only problem is that its bare..so i ended up taking everything from the original head and putting onto the ported one why not right?
sorry for really crappy pics
