I just got a 94 Civic with the D15B7 in it. It drives and runs great, but I went to start it after it sat in the hot sun the other afternoon and it wouldn't start. The main relay was buzzing. I took it out and resolder the contacts in it and it was still buzzing. From my experience with Accords main relay I figured it was heat related. I put the relay in the refrigerator for a few minutes and it started and ran fine with no cel's. I guess my question is, is there anything else that can be causing the relay to buzz, or should just replacing it solve my problems?

I didn't think about putting my in the frig! LOL The one I had and still have in my HB had the heat-issue where on the hotter days of summer it'd not wanna start. I re-soldered my two points of breakage and it's been fine since.

I'd say replacement is needed at this point. GL!

I have one on order now. I just wanted to make sure there wasn't anything else that might be causing my problems.
