MAGNAFLOW MUFFLERS

Hey

I am about to buy a Magnaflow (14818) muffler. Its for the sport compacts and they say it not loud, just nice and deep which is what I am looking for. Its a oval 5X8in not a regular round straight thru exhaust. I currently have a OBX Peice of sh*t and it sounds horrible.

Does anybody have any experience with the Magnaflow mufflers spor compact series and how do they really sound???? :wink:

I have a Magnaflow Oval muffler on my 2.25" catback and it sounds NIIIICE. One of the best I have heard (probably some bias in there tho

) Its barely there at idle, but when you open it up its nice and deeep. I have a 22" resonator which takes the tinny note out of it, and quiets it down some too. Big 2 thumbs up for it.

Honestly.....the stock cat is fine! What is 1-2 whp increase when you have to breathe exhaust fumes in the cockpit all day?
