I have been told that I can put a Ls ecu in my car. Does anyone have this setup. How do you like it. I can get a ecu for free so im going to put it in. Just wanted to know if you can notice a differance.

not a big differnvce more fuel from what im told and a higher rev i have a chiped obd 1 ls ecu with a obd 2-obd1 harness... in my 96dx

Do you have need for the extra fuel? larger injectors, y8 IM, TB,PnP work? If not it would be a waste on your dx.

nitrous guy ... do some work to your motor ... like porting the head ... headers, full exhaust .. cam , maybe some other things THEN get the ECU .. if all you have is a stock dx with n20 ... then it will be a waste .. youd be better off getting a EX ecu ... p2p ecu .. just wondering .. but why did you hook up nitrous to a stock dx motor .. ???

Speed duh why else. No I got a good deal on the kit so I got it. Plus its fun watching peoples face when we are at a 40 mph roll (Mid 2nd gear) we drop it and I dust their ass or if it is a v8 ride beside them or hang with them. Plus it’s an easy way to make money off people that don’t know I have n2o and do know what to look for. I raced this one guy for 5 bucks and beat him but like inches with out n2o then he wanted to up bet to 50 so I said ok raced him and used n2o and smoked that ass. He asked me how I got my car that much faster I told him I cut my CAI on that race.

funny u should say that. LOL I just had to replace motor. I just got a new d16y7 66 mile on it (TY Dester).


Funny story really N2o fuck my engine up but it was not the n2o gas that got me it was the bolt on the end of fogger nozzle LOL came of and fell into my engine LOL

Its hard running n2o without knowing your RPM. I am just a risk taker like that

17 flat dropping to 15.6 isnt bad just from one mod ... must be expensive having to refill the bottle all the time ...
