so this SI I picked up has a noise in the front end......

the car has all season tires...
on the passanger side I can move the brake rotor ever so slightly back n forth....
wheel bearing maybe?
there is ZERO play in the wheel from 0-75mph and drives straight as a rail...
brakes stop on a dime

kind of wheel, previous owner told me It was from the tires be seasonal tires?? I have never heard of this and never heard the noise from any of my other civics

Bad front wheel bearing will show itself in the brake pedal.

If the pedal is lower than normal after driving and then when you pump it is normal, signs of pads knockback from rotor OR bearing run out issues!
