Check and test the wire at the socket to see if it's getting power when blinker is on. Most likely a broken wire of bad connection. All so make sure the bulb is good and clean.

Its because you need blinker fluid.









lol hahahaahah couldnt stop myself.

but really its either a bad bulb or bad wiring.
Check wire for voltage when hazards are on. IF both left and right dont flash then the hazard switch could be bad.
the 92-95 civic wont let you use your turn signal without a working hazard switch.

If the drivers tail light is blinking fast then it's either bulb or wiring that's bad. If neither are blinking then it's wiring,fuse,both bulbs are bad,the switch is bad or the hazard switch isn't working.
