Hello everyone,

I'm Kevin, 26 years old and live in the Netherlands. I'm a senior engineer at DAF-trucks (PACCAR) and member of the board of Honda Community Netherlands. I own a Honda Del Sol ESI with D16z6 engine. The car is almost finished, the only thing I want to do is to solve the problem of oil spilling in my short block. Here is my current speclist of the car:

I love the Edelbrock cut-away pics! So how much work did it take to get the chamber and the runner transitions looking that smooth?

Thanks! I think around 45 hours. This was my first intake which I've modified this way, so I had to figure out what was the best way to do it. Now I can do it in 35 hours I think. But the works really work: I have to plus the fuel maps in the higher rpm range.

I also noticed that the quality of the casting of the Edelbrock was really poor. Really soft and there were air bubbles in the casting itself. I had to weld these and start again.

Unfortunatly not, I drove 500km with the new setup and put it in the storage for his wintersleep. But I can tell you: it is fast (thanks to the best mod of everything: building the gearbox) and the vtec sound is even that hard as a DOHC.

Wow really nice car! I never knew gear-x offered the short ratio gears as well. Are you using the NPR or YCP p29?
