I'm building a street d16y8 to handle about 300-350whp and revving about 7k only, boosted and running E100. I'd like to ask some advice about what I can improve or I can change before putting it all together.
The turbo will be a ball bearing masterpower (R494 - brazilian manufacturer) AR.50/58
Rotors:49/49,5
Compressor Wheel Info Inducer/Exducer: 49/70 - Trim: 49
Turbine Wheel Info Weel Diameter Inducer/Exducer: 49,5/61,5 - Trim: 64,7
Block:
CP Carrillo pistons 10.5:1 - 75.5 + cp rings
Forged SPA rods
ACL Race Bearings
Forged sleeves - Local manufacturer
Forged studs - Local manufacturer
Cometic gasket (should I change it toJE proseal? Can I build a 76mm gasket to a 75.5 bore?)
OEM ported oil pump from 4pistonracing (or any recommendation that ships to brazil?) It will have an oil radiator
OEM Crank
Head:
Supertech valve guides
Supertech valve seal
Supertech intake and exhaust valves (or Ferrea 5000 handles it?)
Skunk2 alpha spring with titanium retainer (or supertech?)
OEM camshaft (or should I get an aftermarket camshaft, if so which one do you recommend?)
+ head machine shop for intake and exhaust holes
OEM intake manifold
If possible I would like to have some tips about fuel line for this setup running e100.
And what about individual coils? Which one do you recommend?
Everything will be managed by Fueltech 450.
Fel-pro gasket kit (except HG and valve seals) or?
BTW I choose fast (350whp HÁ HÁ) and realible.
