with the JDM D15B i just bought, the o2 sensor has one wire, whereas my old one ran four. with the engine, i also aquired a jdm ecu. the old plugs/wires that run from the harness to the ecu have the four wires, but the ecu is only looking for one. will i have any problems, i.e. check engine light, or running on default fuel/ignition maps?

Way don't you just get a one wire o2 senser and hook it straight up the ecu, and bypass the four wires on the harness all together.

that was the plan if for some reason i was getting a check engine light...i just wanted to find out b4 i did that, in case it wasnt neccessary
