I might be looking into getting a turbo from a 1999 Saab 9-3. Anyone have any ideas on wheather this will work with a STD manifold (t3 adapter plate)

Just buy a new turbo from a known good company. Trust me on this i have been turbocharging cars for 6 years. If you buy a used turbo you will only be throwing your money away and losing horsepower. You can find a good turbo for $500.

Weird I got my Saab T3 42/48 for about 125 shipped its like brand new no shaft play or anything.. Budget kits dont consist of a 500 dollar turbo considering I only payed 800 and already running 13's on 4 psi.. Turning it up to 8-10 for track this weekend w/ new numbers and yes will still be on street tires "Falken Ziex 512's.
Get used man just get from legit person. Talk to Stealthmode "Steve" @ Homemadeturbo he will get you a good turbo for right price..
