I was just putting in the new seals for my build, and noticed this when I pulled the old seal out here. Looks like someone had dropped the tranny on this area. Will it seal? Do I need to find a new case? (I have 2 more at home, but one is trash, and one is cable)

trasnzex? anyone? I'm thinking about pulling the rod out, and dremeling it to keep the metal evenly distance from the rod.

I think I'll sand a bit in there (and give the rod a quick go to remove any rust or whatever) and try and fit the seal. I'm just worried about ovaling it, and it leaking on the rod.
