i just got the turbo on my car recently bla bla bla you know the drill

but last night it started to run funny like it was loading up???
it would idle fine but if it sat there for a little while the rpm would just get lower and lower untill it died then it is hard to get started again and when i go to drive away i have to revv the hell out of it to keep it from dieing.

do you think the timing belt could have slipped under boost or something

what sould i do

If the timing belt slipped, it would do so a minimum of a tooth at a time - but you would have bent valves in the case that it did and you would be pulling the head as it wouldn't run at all.

More likely you are running it rich at idle and it loads up. You say you put on a turbo - what did you do for fuel management?

on certain engines with zero tolerance there would be bent valves but most are built withvalve releifes so when a neglected engines timing belt breaks then you have a chance of not bending valves. the belt in some cases will only slip a tooth at a time. but if the belt is worn and loose it most defenetley can skip more than one tooth but then more than likley it wont run.
