i just bought a 92 civic coupe auto for 200 bucks and im not sure what the engine is the block number is a d15b but it has a p07 head and small intake is this something honda did or is this some ones wierd creation please help

is the bottem end the same as the good d15b and if so can i just change the head and intake to make it like the good d15b

Pull the head off and look at the pistons, only way to be sure.

It's got some hella high compression if it is a D15B block... 11.5:1...

I think you are thinking of the CNG version that has a cr like 12.5:1, iirc a d15b has like a 9.6:1 (JDM)
