what is the best intake manifold for the money, i am looking for the most hp with the least amount of money.

i believe th d16y8 is the best sohc IM for the money, unless you want to spend the extra money and get something like a skunk2

also i was thinking of gettin a obx-r but someone told me they don't fit right i am not sure.
