i was planning on running stock injectors at 6-7psi for now with an inline fuel pump and fpr using crome,
however i was just offered some 800cc's for cheap cheap. i know this is way overkill but can i use them?

buy the 800cc injectors. Sell them for more money. Put the money in your pocket. If you want/need bigger injectors, then buy them later. If you can get away with stock injectors(which you can) do so. It will save you lots of time tuning and you drivability will be increased as you wont need to change a good portion of the various corrections.

Here is the basic rates we use. Too large of an injector, and you'll have tune and idle problems.

Flow Rate vs. HP Level
(Flow Rate for each injector,
in a four cylinder setup.)

310cc 200~220whp
370cc 220~280whp
440cc 280~330whp
550cc 330whp~380whp
660cc 380whp~425whp
720cc 425whp~475whp
880cc 475whp~525whp
980cc 525whp~600whp
